Returns are free! 

 Step 1: Create an account

Create or log in to your account: If you don’t have an account, create one using the same email address used for your previous purchases. This will automatically link your guest orders to your new account.

Create Account: Click on "Signup"  and fill in your details using the same email address you used for guest purchases.

Log in: If you already have an account, log in using your email and password.

Step 2: Select the Order

Find the order: Browse through your list of orders and find the one you want to return.

View order details: Click on the order

Step 3: Initiate the Return

Request a return: Look for a "Request Return" button or link in the order details page.

Fill out the return form: Provide necessary information, such as the reason for the return, items to be returned, and any other required details.

Submit the return request: Once the form is filled out, click on the "Submit Return Request" button.

Step 4: Follow Return Instructions

Receive return instructions: After submitting the return request, usually within 24 hours, you will receive an email with return instructions, including the return address and any labels needed.

Prepare the package: Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including any tags or accessories.

Ship the package: Attach the return label to the package. You can drop it off at the Post Office, or take advantage of Royal Mail's free collection service to have your parcel picked up directly from your home.

Step 5: Wait for Confirmation

Return processing: Once the store receives your return, they will inspect the items and process the return.

Receive confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the return and refund status.

Returns

You will be refunded for the items returned, not the shipping costs or any customs/duty fees you might have incurred upon returning your order.

- Include the order ID in the parcel.
- All returns must be delivered to us within 60 days from the date of delivery.
- All items must be sent back to us in an unused condition, failing to do so means the return may not be accepted.
- Any return which has exceeded 60 days will not be accepted
- It may take up to 3-5 working days from the time of arrival for the return to be refunded.
- To exchange your item you need to return the item you do not want and place an order for the item you prefer

Warranty Period: Please note that our warranty period is 30 days which starts once your order shows as delievered.
